Selfhypnosis

Selfhypnosis may be a great way to change yourself through releasing various energetic blockages, fears traumas and any other inhibitions which may have been created and developed through the lifetime. It is definitely a harder way, but sometimes there is no qualified professional to teach and guide us through the various stages of learning hypnosis technique. i think that the highest value is in the aquired ability to change yourself although someone may be interested to learn how to hypnotise another person.
-- It is necessary to learn how to relax deeply. This is a must, at least at first, later you may be able to enter hypnotic trance at will.
-- You can also use hypnotic tapes, cds or brainwave generators to aid you get there or suggestions which is basically very similar in purpose to prerecorded messages.
-- Hypnotic swirls are also great aid in helping you achieve hypnotic trance state.
-- Repetition is another connecting key which must not be forgotten. Play with it and wish for it to happen. Work without tension and expectations about hypnosis, do not be anxious whether it will happen or not, enjoy the process itself and also accept that the trance state will never happen..
Explore the path, not the outcome!

Nice post buddy and informative. It’s really a nice brief about self hypnosis. Little extra power can bring many changes in our habits I work in a busy office, and the stress levels are high. At the end of a very busy day, I go home and listen to a relaxation MP3. I often fall asleep afterwards - it's brilliant. I got mine from Andrew Johnson’s site, and I see he now does a Free Relaxation downloads.
